For Christmas 2025, we've invested in a new, streamlined checkout experience to make ordering your tree easier and more transparent than ever. This guide outlines our unique process and all the important dates
Our "Freshness Runs": The Secret to a Longer-Lasting Tree
You might notice that you can only select specific dates for collection or delivery. There's a very special reason for this.
Unlike trees that are cut weeks in advance, we are committed to providing the freshest trees possible.
To achieve this, we undertake three separate harvesting and collection "runs" from our growers in the Blue Mountains.
This means your tree is brought to our Mittagong base just before your scheduled date, ensuring it stays vibrant and fragrant long into the Christmas season.

How to Order Your Tree: Our New & Simple Checkout Flow
Our new checkout, powered by Flux Checkout, mirrors the simple, step-by-step process you might know from Shopify, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction. Here's how it works:
Choose Your Perfect Tree:
Browse our 2025 collection of premium cut and potted trees on our main page, and add your products to the cart.
Proceed to Our Easy Checkout:
Once you've added your tree to the cart, select 'checkout'. You'll enter our new, clean, multi-step checkout process designed to make your shopping experience better.
Choose Delivery or Local Pickup:
1. Christmas Tree Delivery: Select this to have your tree hand-delivered by our team. You'll be able to book a 30 minute delivery window on your chosen date. This premium service is available for the Southern Highlands, Sydney, and our other specified delivery zones. 2. Free Local Pickup from the Southern Highlands: If you'd prefer to collect your tree yourself, choose this option. You can book a convenient 30-minute time slot to pick up your order directly from our Mittagong base. 3. Standard Shipping (Courier): For smaller items or specific orders, we use a standard courier service. Please note that courier dispatches for the 2025 season will begin on November 27th.
Select Your Collection Run & Date:
Within the checkout, our integrated Delivery Slots system will allow you to first select your preferred Freshness Run. Based on that choice, a calendar will show you all available dates and times.
Our new system, featuring plugins by IconicWP, is designed to provide you with full control and clarity over your orders.
Our 2025 Collection & Delivery Schedule
Our operations are structured around our three Freshness Runs. Booking a spot in a run guarantees your tree will be part of that fresh harvest.
Run 1: The Early Bird
- For Collections & Deliveries between: Tuesday, 25th November – Sunday, 30th November 2025.
Run 2: The Classic Christmas
- For Collections & Deliveries between: Tuesday, 2nd December – Sunday, 7th December 2025.
Run 3: The Final Countdown
- For Collections & Deliveries between: Tuesday, 9th December – Monday, 15th December 2025.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
A: We personally deliver to the Southern Highlands, Illawarra, Greater Sydney, and the Blue Mountains. At checkout, you will see the specific delivery dates available for your address.
A: At checkout, you will select a general 30 minute delivery window (e.g., 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM). To make our runs as efficient and environmentally friendly as possible, we use a route planning app to optimise each day’s schedule. You will then receive an automated notification from us at least 48 hours beforehand with a more precise delivery time. This system helps us save fuel and ensures we get every beautiful tree to its new home on time!
A: Our free Local Pickup is available at our Mittagong base in the beautiful Southern Highlands. Our Delivery Slots plugin will allow you to book a specific 30-minute time slot on the available collection days.
A: Yes! We are hosting a special Open Day Sale at our Mittagong base on Saturday, 13th December 2025. You can come and choose a tree directly from our collection, have a chat and some popcorn!
Our final delivery day for the 2025 season is Monday, 15th December.
