Will my plants look like the same as they do on the product page?

Our stock pictures are a true representation of what your plants will look like. We take them onsite using our own plants, so you can expect a similar appearance. Rest assured, we update our pictures regularly to reflect our current stock range, ensuring you always have an accurate depiction of what you're purchasing.

Where can I view my invoice?

After making a purchase, your invoice will be sent to you via email. If you haven't received your invoice, please reach out to us at sales@sequoiavalleyfarms.com.au, and we'll be happy to regenerate it for you. Thank you for choosing Sequoia Valley Farms for your gardening needs!

How long will delivery take?

Our goal is to get your plants to you as quickly as possible. For metro areas, you can expect delivery within one to two days thanks to our express delivery services. If you're in a regional area, it may take a little longer, but we'll make sure your plants arrive safely and promptly.

When will you ship my order?

We aim to ship your order within 48 business hours to ensure prompt delivery. Our goal is to minimize the transit time for your plants, ensuring they arrive in pristine condition. Over the summer and hot weather, we may hold on to your order and ship when temperatures are cooler. If you have any further questions or concerns about your order's shipping, please don't hesitate to reach out. 

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we frequently restock items that are currently out of stock. We understand how important it is for our customers to get their hands on their desired plants. To stay updated, we recommend joining our product waitlists. By doing so, you'll be the first to know as soon as an item is back in stock.
