Australia’s native conifer flora is a living record of the ancient Gondwana forest — from the extraordinary Wollemi Pine (Wollemia nobilis), rediscovered in 1994 after millions of years in the fossil record, to the ancient Araucarias, Agathis, Athrotaxis and Callitris cypress pines of the continent’s diverse environments.

At Sequoia Valley Farms, Australian conifers are central to our conservation and custodianship commitment. Many of the species in this collection are rarely available outside specialist nurseries.
