Our professional setup service is a complete, end-to-end solution. Our experienced team will:
- Carefully bring your freshly-cut tree into your home.
- Using a small, portable chainsaw, make a fresh 2-3cm cut from the base of the trunk. This is the single most important step for ensuring your tree can drink water and stay fresh.
- Expertly position the tree in your own stand, ensuring it is perfectly straight and stable.
- Remove the transport netting and allow the branches to settle.
- Perform an initial cleanup of any needles dislodged during the setup.
How to Prepare for Our Visit
To help us make your setup experience as quick and smooth as possible, please have the following ready before our team arrives:
- A Clear Path: Please ensure there is a clear, unobstructed path from your door to the final location for the tree.
- Floor Protection: Place a tree skirt, mat, or old sheet on the floor where the tree will stand.
- Your Stand Ready: Have your water-holding Christmas tree stand assembled and ready in the desired location.
